About me.

Hello, I’m Rebecca!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of Pennsylvania. I began my career working as a crisis counselor for victims of trauma, particularly those affected by sexual assault.

I have experience with people struggling with depression, mood and anxiety disorders as well as young adults experiencing life transitions. I also specialize in treating individuals/couples struggling with drug/alcohol addiction and/or co-occurring disorders.

I also have experience providing forensic evaluations for courts, jail, and other community agencies.

I love watching people grow, build motivation, and confidence in their daily lives, finding more meaning and joy each day.

I utilize a Humanistic, Person-Centered approach as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as a way to build mastery and create measurable change. My goal is to create a unique, engaging, and open space for all clients and to respect and value their individuality as they works towards a life worth living.

Often, starting the process can be the most intimidating part for many people. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about beginning therapy. While emails do allow for a quicker response, I am happy to speak via phone.
